Competition is rife for the construction of luxury housing in the Balearics

The Balearic Islands have registered a high level of competition between the companies hoping to build or refurbish high end properties, most of which are being commissioned by foreign clients.

The areas most in demand within the centre of Palma are the Old Town, Santa Catalina or the Molinar, while the areas of Andratx and Pollensa and centres such as Porto Cristo have become very fashionable both for buying houses and for building them.
