Building properties is one of the three foundations that sustain the entry of capital in the construction sector. Between January and June this type of construction grew 22,4% more than the previous year during the same period.

The housing construction is mainly based on high-standard properties, which bring high investments. The Real Estate market in Mallorca is in constant growth due to the high demand that currently exists in the island.
