Mallorquin Real Estate Coveted by China

Mallorca has awakened the interest of the Asian giant.

Chinese businesses are already investing a billion each year in Spain, as confirmed by the Economic Advisor from the Chinese Embassy, Chen Yuming, and the President of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Investment in Spain, Liu Wei, at a meeting held yesterday in Palma.  Both individuals, later accompanied by the Chinese Ambassador and escorted by representatives from 23 major Chinese investment groups with interests in Spain, confirmed that Mallorca and its tourist and real estate sectors were amongst the most-coveted targets for new business ventures.
