Mediterranean Gastronomy triumphs at Madrid Fusión

Mallorca's Sobrassada and Olive Oil, Menorca's Mahonés Cheese and wines from Pla i Llevant impressed even the most demanding of palates at the International Gastronomy Madrid Fusión event which has been held every year since 2003.

Over the course of three days some of the cooking world's best celebrities visited this gastronomy event - including Andreu Genestra, Michelin Star chef and Ricardo Rossi, chef at Valldemossa hotel and winner of the Oleotapa 2016 prize.
