Palma has gained passengers over European capitals this year as the island of Mallorca is now the third most preferred destination for the Easter holidays, following Madrid and Barcelona.
In fact, this increase in national tourists to the island has prompted 56% of its hotels to open their doors before the Easter festivities, 15% more than last year.
