Sponsors of the Spanish National Tennis Championship

The Spanish  Tennis Championships were held this weekend at Rafa Nadal’s tennis academy in Manacor.

The Men’s Singles title was won by Barcelona-born Albert Ramos who defeated Roberto Carballes, and Lara Arruabarrena from Gipuzcoa became the new female champion by defeating Sara Sorribes.

The Men’s Doubles event was won by Rafa Nadal and Marc Lopez in what was a very challenging, rain-stricken match against David Perez Sanz from Burgos and Jordi Muñoz Abreu from Venezuela, 7-6(9) 7-6(1). The Women’s Doubles title was won by Estrella Cabeza and Laura Pous.

Mallorca Sotheby’s International Realty was one of the main Championship sponsors and will be a permanent Rafa Nadal Sports Centre partner, supporting tennis and sports in general over the next few years.
