This month, the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand launched its newly-redesigned website sir.com. It showcases the global network’s extraordinary property listings in an immersive and visual way - unique in the real estate industry.
Changes to the site include an increased focus on full-screen high-definition video throughout, from the homepage to property detail pages, and a more prominent role for high-resolution photography. Slideshows tell a home’s story with captions, custom video, location overviews and a personalised quote from the seller or expert. Consumers still can search for a home based on lifestyle and amenity (beach, mountain, equestrian, golf etc) but now also have the ability to sort their results by various features including pools, kitchens and views.
