As 2011 comes to an end, many will be relieved to see the back of a year that has been tumultuous in many ways, particularly in the financial corridors of Europe! However, as 2012 beckons, there is a sense of optimism for the New Year on Mallorca and not just because of the delightfully mild and sunny December we have been enjoying!
Whilst the Mallorca property market has never experienced the downturn that other areas, particularly the Spanish mainland have endured, there have been definite signs towards the end of this year that interest in property continues to build, with Mallorca Sotheby´s International Realty enjoying some very encouraging sales. Mallorca Sotheby´s International Realty benefit from a massive international marketing budget plus a network of nearly six hundred offices that provides us with enquiries from affluent prospective purchasers from around the world; a service which no other estate agent on Mallorca can match.
