The northern region boasts a beautiful coastline with pine woods and calm waters. Beyond the town of Can Picafort lies an unspoiled area with natural flora and fauna. We have luxury villas for sale in the idyllic towns of Colònia de Sant Pere, Cielo de Bonaire and Paraíso de Bonaire. There are residential developments between the bays of Alcúdia and Pollensa. In Pollensa's harbour, you will also find a number of luxury apartments for sale. Our spacious villas inland offer breathtaking views of the mountains. Another of the island’s most select areas is to be found in Formentor. Here, we have properties with direct access to the beach and panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea.

North Countryside
The northern countryside falls between Alcudia and Artà. Instead of a coast, these towns have large country houses and extensive green spaces. These areas are very well-protected against over-development. Walking the north of Mallorca's mountains is an inland activity for both tourists and locals. We have a number of countryside properties in this region. These include luxury villas and country estates for rent or for sale.
Alcudia Bay
The Alcudiamar marina closes the large bay at the north of the island. This area is perfect for water lovers, due to the Alcudia water park and many beach hotels. These include Club Mac, Zafiro Palace and Bellevue Club Alcudia. There is also the Mal Pas–Bonaire housing development with a marina. Most of the hotels in the northern part of the island are located in the northeastern area, along with the long beaches of Costa de los Pinos and Playa de Muro. There is a group of beautiful and untouched beaches starting from Son Serra de Marina. Residential Colonia de Sant Pere is located at the end of this stretch of coast. Alcudia nightlife is a highlight of the area, due to the number of beach clubs. Bike hire is also very popular to explore the rocky coastline of Cap Farrutx and Cala Ratjada.
Pollensa Bay
Formentor is Mallorca’s most northern peninsula, where Hotel Barceló is found. It is protected from development with many green spaces, and is around 12km long and 3km wide. Puerto Pollensa also has a beautiful marina. Fairline north Mallorca offer boat trips and yacht charters for those who enjoy being at sea. Another touristic feature is the Cala Boquer beach hike. Luxurious places to stay include hotel Son Brull and the Pollensa golf club. The latter still has property for sale in Cala San Vicente.
