Mallorca Sotheby's International Realty signs an agreement with Palma's Real Club Nautico

MALLORCA SOTHEBY'S INTERNATIONAL REALTY will be the Real Club Nautico's (RCNP) official real estate agency.

The contractual agreement between the two companies was formalised this morning at the yacht club's facility in the presence of Javier Sanz, the Club's president and Paul Kempe, owner of Balearics Sotheby’s International Realty.

Both expressed their pleasure and excitement at the collaboration possibilities this three year union presents. The agreement includes Sail Racing PalmaVela as well as the 36th edition of the Mapfre Copa del Rey Sailing Regatta organised by the RCNP, to be held from the 29th of July to the 5th of August 2017. 

This agreement further reinforces Mallorca Sotheby’s International Realty's commitment to sailing and to the values this sport represents; perseverance, effort and teamwork.

The Mapfre Copa del Rey Sailing Regatta is without a doubt one of the most influential yachting competitions in Europe and one of the leading sporting events held in Palma de Mallorca.  All of its editions, organised by the RCNP, have been held in the waters of Palma Bay and have showcased the highest levels of competitive sailing in the Mediterranean.

Mallorca Sotheby's International Realty's presence at this event, whose name will also be used for one of the competition classes, ''will contribute towards reinforcing the Copa del Rey's international prestige. It is after all one of the most well-known real estate agencies in the world due to its prestige, quality and quest for excellence,'' said Javier Sanz, president of the RCNP.
